Stroll around Central Market on Thursday, June 19, during Beer Fest and sample a variety of craft beers, IPAs and food. The fourth course is an iron-skillet filet mignon served with poblano Hollandaise and Texas cheese grits matched with an Amber Ale. Dessert features a Bananas Foster Saint Arnold's Root Beer Float paired with Bishop's Barrel No. 4. Revival Market will host its first Hog Butchery Demonstration of the summer on Tuesday, June 24, from 7 p.m. until 9 p.m. The second demo will take place on Tuesday, July 1. Dr. Andrew Vaserfirer, charcutier and head butcher at Revival Market, along with owners Ryan Pera and Morgan Weber, will teach guests the basics of American and European butchery by demonstrating how to break down an entire pig and prepare the parts for cooking. Everyone will then get to dig in to the feast. Reserve your spot for $100 and don't forget to bring your own bottle of something alcoholic.
