Berg Hospitality Group is rolling out The January Reset, a monthlong dining program focused on balance, wellness and flavor across its portfolio of restaurants. Each concept is offering its own three-course prix-fixe menu built around seasonal ingredients, lean proteins and lighter preparations, with menus spanning everything from grilled branzino and salmon to whole-wheat pastas and prime filets, plus lighter desserts to finish. Participating restaurants include Annabelle Brasserie, B&B Butchers, B.B. Italia, Prime 131, The Annie Cafรฉ & Bar, Trattoria Sofia and Turnerโ€™s.

On Saturday, January 3, Kazzan Ramen & Bar, 191 Heights, is teaming up with Tomo Matcha for a one-day pop-up from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m Guests who dine-in will receive 20-percent off Tomo Matcha, and customers who purchase a Tomo Matcha drink will enjoy 20-percent off their Kazzan Ramen meal.

El Bolillo Bakery is marking Epiphany with its handcrafted Rosca de Reyes, a classic sweet bread made using recipes passed down through generations. Available Friday, January 2 through Tuesday, January 6, each rosca is topped with colorful candied fruits and crunchy cookie paste, with a hidden figurine inside symbolizing good luck and the tradition of hosting the next Candlemas celebration. Roscas are available in small ($25) and large ($32) sizes for preorder or in-store purchase.

On Tuesday, January 6 through Sunday, January 11, Travelerโ€™s Cart, 1401 Montrose, is celebrating Three Kings Day with a limited-time, dinner-only special inspired by Puerto Rican tradition and featured on Guyโ€™s Grocery Games. Created by chef Miguel Torres, the dish features sofrito-marinated grilled beef tenderloin, coconut mamposteao rice and beans, sweet plantain mofongo and chimichurri sofrito sauce.ย 

ร‰toile Cuisine et Bar, 1101-11 Uptown Park, is offering the traditional French Kingsโ€™ Cake, known as Galette de Rois, to mark Epiphany, available from Tuesday, January 6 through Saturday, January 31. Made with flaky puff pastry and filled with buttery almond cream, the understated French classic skips the colorful sugars in favor of old-world flavor, with a hidden fรจve inside for good luck. Whole cakes feeding six to eight people are available for preorder with 24 hoursโ€™ notice for $44, while individual slices served with Tahitian vanilla ice cream are available in-house for $12.ย 

Latuli, 8900 Gaylord, is ushering in peak truffle season with its House Spaghettini โ€“ noodles come tossed in a simple, creamy sauce, allowing the freshly shaved white truffle to be at the forefront of each bite.ย
