Houston legends link up as Bun B’s Trill Burgers teams with Viet-Cajun institution Crawfish & Noodles for a two-night Trill Boil collaboration celebrating the kickoff of crawfish season. On Thursday, February 12 at Crawfish & Noodles, 11360 Bellaire, guests can enjoy Viet-Cajun garlic butter crawfish, Crawfish Fried Rice, Crawfish Gravy Loco Moco and a stacked Chopped Cheese Po Boy with Trill smashed patties. On Thursday, February 19, the party moves to Trill Burgers, 3607 South Shepherd, for a Crawfish Mac & Cheese Trill Burger, Crawfish Mac & Cheese Fries and a Fried Catfish Po Boy. Both nights bring exclusive cars on display, a live DJ, photo booth and merch, with all special menu items available only during the 6 to 10 p.m. events.

Two powerhouse chefs – Christian Hernandez of Barbacana and James Beard Award winner Thomas Bille of Belly of the Beast – are teaming up for a one-night-only Mardi Gras dinner at Barbacana,  907 Franklin, on Tuesday, February 17. The evening brings Hernandez’s Michelin-starred background together with Bille’s bold, Southern-rooted cooking for a six-course tasting menu, with highlights including pimento cornbread, Cajun-crusted yellowtail, crab maison, grilled shrimp with polenta and NOLA BBQ, andouille-stuffed duck roulade, and a run of festive desserts ending with a king cake concha. Starting Thursday, February 19, State Fare, 947 Gessner, 1900 Hughes Landing, launches its new Fare Deal Menu, available Thursday through Sunday from 4 p.m. to close. The menu features guest-favorite dishes in a casual, easygoing setting, with items ranging from $1 Gulf oysters and $8 Dill Pickle Dip to $12 CFS and $5 Fried Twinkies. Kids eat free on Fridays and Saturdays with the purchase of an entrée, and selections from this menu count toward the offer. 

Zanti Cucina Italiana, 1958 West Gray, celebrates rodeo season with a Rodeo Glam Brunch on Saturday, February 21 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Expect new menu items, rodeo-inspired cocktails, tableside moments and a live DJ spinning country favorites alongside music from artists performing at the 2026 Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. Guests are encouraged to dress the part and browse a curated hat pop-up by A.B. Lino offering custom hats and iron branding. The brunch has no cover, and reservations are recommended. 

In honor of Black History Month, OMG! Burger has teamed up with chef Shannen Tune, Chopped champion and former owner of Craft Burger, to bring back his iconic Truffle Butter Juicy Lucy Burger. Available now through the end of February at all five OMG! Burger locations, the burger features two all-natural beef patties stuffed with shaved truffles, butter, and cheddar cheese curds, topped with smoked Gouda and finished with house-made truffle mayo. A portion of proceeds will go to support Feed the Soul Foundation, which helps marginalized culinary businesses and students through education, grants and scholarships.

The legendary World Championship’s BBQ Cook-Off returns on Thursday, February 26 through Saturday, February 28, kicking off the 2026 Rodeo Season at NRG Park, 1 NRG Parkway. More than 250 elite teams will compete in the invitation-only contest, and while pitmasters battle it out behind private tents, the public can still soak up the fun with general admission access. Tickets are available per day or as ground passes, and admission includes live entertainment, complimentary BBQ at the Chuckwagon, plus a carnival for all ages.
