I love a good twist on that old breakfast standard, eggs benedict. At this Houston restaurant -- a classic in its own right -- the recent brunch special featured fresh lobster atop creamed spinach and crumbly biscuits, all topped with a buttery, citrusy hollandaise that I wanted to suck up through a straw.
