This restaurant's warm mushroom salad is just the ticket for anyone bored with traditional salads or vegetable preparations at other places. Here, seasonal mushrooms are sauteed and placed on a bed of sweet, roasted eggplant stuffing alongside a swipe of herbed aioli with hazelnuts.
