From the extreme beard to the goatee, we’re searching every brewery in Houston to find the Big Brew Best Beard at the first-ever destination craft beer festival October 20-26 at the George R. Brown Convention Center. 1,000 beers; 40 Texas Breweries; food and beer pairings and the best beards in Houston.

So, get your beard to your favorite brewery and see if it makes the cut. Each brewery will select one crowd favorite for the Big Brew Best Beard contest October 25. But, only one beard will win.

Sept. 12 - Beerfoot: 8 p.m.
Sept. 13th - No Label: 2 p.m.
Sept. 19th - Karbach Brewing: 8 p.m.
Sept. 20th - Brazos Valley: 8 p.m.
Sept. 27 - Ft. Bend Brewing: 2 p.m.
Oct. 3 - 8th Wonder: 8 p.m.
Oct. 4th - Southern Star: 2 p.m.
Oct. 11th - Buffalo Bayou: 2 p.m.
Oct. 18 - Lone Pint: 2 p.m.


Grand prize is a weekend stay at the Hyatt Regency in Austin and a tour, tasting and dinner at Texas’ newest craft beer brewery, Oasis Texas Brewing Company.
