For 36 years the Houston Humane Society has hosted this annual event for dogs and their owners to come together and enjoy a day of pet related activities, booths, music, demos and, of course, the K-9 Fun Run & Walk. It all went down at Lynn Eusan Park on the UH campus on April 29, with a post-race party, doggie costume contest and alumni parade for those lucky pups who have found their forever home through HHS. The event helps to raise money and awareness for the animals cared for at the HHS shelter.
