Enchilada Class with Robb Walsh

Tex-Mex guru Robb Walsh taught a class in how to make a Tex-Mex classic over the weekend. He showed an enthusiastic group of food fans how to make their own fragrant chili powder, chili gravy, and chili con carne, and then how to use that to make his famous old-fashioned cheese enchiladas.
