Great Gumbo for the Greater Good at the f.r.e.s.h. Mardi Gras Gumbo Cook-Off

The La Dee Da Cookers team's "Fais Do-Do Gumbeaux" featured shrimp, chicken and sausage.
Four teams squared off at 8th Wonder for the f.r.e.s.h. Second Annual Mardi Gras Gumbo Cook Off, benefiting the Houston Food Bank. There was plenty of beer, excellent gumbo, and king cake to keep it all down.
