With Sunday's win against the Seattle Mariners, the Houston Astros officially clinched their first division title since 2001. With Justin Verlander taking the mound and supermodel girlfriend Kate Upton joining the rabid fans in support, the Juice Box was on fire this weekend as the 'Stros nailed the American League West division title.

The Astros have clinched a postseason berth in front of their home crowd six times in franchise history, including four years at the Astrodome (1986, 1997, 1998, 1999) and twice at Minute Maid Park (2004, 2005). The team has also celebrated series-clinching victories at home after wins in Game 5 of the 2004 NLDS and Game 4 of the 2005 NLDS.
