Houston Press Music Awards Showcase: The Bands

Almost 60 local bands played 11 venues along a sprawling couple of miles of Washington Avenue during Saturday's HPMA Showcase. Concertgoers got a final chance to vote for their favorites and the party was closed out by an energetic set from indie favorites Matt & Kim.
