Houston Roller Derby Skates Into a New Season at the Revention Music Center

Houston Roller Derby’s 12th season opened with a double-header event on Saturday night at the Revention Music Center, featuring the four home teams of the all-female league. The Valkyries won the first match against the Bayou City Bosses, 355-223, and in the second game, the Psych Ward Sirens beat the Brawlers, 204-170. (Photos by Lawrence Elizabeth Knox)
