Harvey tried its best to knock down Houston artist Honeybones, but other than having to reschedule once and evacuate once, the Insomnia Gallery employee soldiered through, mounting the gallery's first show entirely dedicated to illustration in its purest form. The September 2 "Illustration Show" showcased a dozen of H-Town's coolest creatives, while art-goers enjoyed free sips from Eureka Heights Brewing Company. A portion of the proceeds benefited the Houston Humane Society Disaster Relief Fund for victims of Hurricane Harvey. Photos by Doogie Roux.
