Hurricane Harvey Unleashes Hell on the Bayou City

In the sober light of day, Houstonians and surrounding communities woke up on August 27 to find catastrophic devastation from Hurricane Harvey's wrath. According to the Harris County Flood Control District, rainfall rates at some locations already have exceeded 500-year flood levels and Tropical Storm Allison flood levels.
