Models, designers and fashionistas gathered at Bar Bleu in Houston to see the latest in the August 24 White Dress Party and Fashion Show featuring H. Harloquin dresses. Celebrity sightings included Miss Houston Latina and Miss Galaxy at this showcase for the new faces of fashion. Local lifestyle designer Balushka Paper Floral Artistry helped sponsored the event along with Victor Quinteros and the Houston Fashion Week team. Anticipation is building for coming fashion weeks in New York, London, Milan and Houston.
