Puppies for Breakfast Fetches Quite the Crowd in Houston

Puppies for Breakfast Fetches Quite the Crowd in Houston

Puppies for Breakfast, a unique yearly morning dog festival, returned Saturday but at a new location: the site for the soon to come East River development in the 5th Ward. The annual dog festival was created in 2010 to bring everything dog together for one big dog party, and this tail-wagging fest did just that with plenty of space for the puppies and everyone else. Hosted by Hector Garcia, from Neue Creative and Modular Dog, the event boasted a doggy costume and size contest (biggest & smallest) a piñata (Duke, from The Secret Life of Pets) along with a plethora of vendors and opportunities for several rescue animals to find their forever homes.
