Crowds gathered at the NRG Arena Thursday night to attend the start of the 2020 Houston Rodeo Cook-off. Team tents were packed with cowboys, cowgirls, partygoers, DJs, live music, and plenty of BBQ. The carnival boasted rides, games, and foodie favorites such as turkey legs, funnel cakes and more. The BBQ event goes on through February 28. (Photos by Doogie Roux)
