The Astros Beat the Yankees on Opening Day
Baseball season is back as the Houston Astros hosted the New York Yankees on Opening Day at Minute Maid Park, Tuesday --- April 1st, 2014. Yankees ace C.C. Sabathia took the mound against Astros starter Scott Feldman, and gave up six earned runs before leaving the game after 99 pitches. The Astros recorded eight hits, including two home runs, which lead to their 6-2 win. The game also marked the beginning of Yankees captain Derek Jeter's final season as he is set to retire after this year.
