The Pachanga Latino Music Festival was held last Friday and Saturday -- May 10th & 11th, 2013 -- at the Fiesta Gardens in Austin, Texas. Since 2008, this annual, family-friendly festival has showcased the "vibrant blend of Latino-created music and art and its impact on American culture". The show was postponed for about an hour on Friday night due to heavy rains, but continued with strong performances by DJ trio 3BallMTY and Tejano/Norteño group Intocable once the rain subsided. The sunshine and cool breeze greeted fans on Saturday, with stellar performances by Grupo Fantasma, Los Master Plus, and Flaco Jimenez setting the scene for the headlining line-up of accordion virtuoso Celso Piña and Chicano-Rock supergroup Los Lobos. A portion of the proceeds benefitted FuturoFund, a collective effort to engage the Austin community through philanthropy and leadership. PHOTOS BY MARCO TORRES.
