It was smiles all around during the 41st Annual Festa Italiana on Saturday, with cooler temps, Italian beer tastings and wine samples, plus the usual spectator sports: grape stomp and pasta eating contests and a Bocce tournament. High school artists showed their stuff during the 13th Annual I Madonnari sidewalk art contest, and there was live music from '60s rockers The Fab 5 and Elvis tribute artist Vince King. There's still one more day of fun on Sunday, so come experience authentic Italian culture and all your favorite festival foods: meatball sandwiches, pasta, pizza, cannoli, sausage on a stick, chicken Marsala and more.
