THE WOODLANDS, TX - Friday, April 01, 2011 - One of the many highlights of the sixth annual Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival, set for Saturday, April 9 and Sunday, April 10, will be a free concert performance by D.R.U.M., set for Saturday evening from 7 - 9 pm at the Palette Caf�, located in Town Green Park overlooking The Woodlands Waterway�.
D.R.U.M. (an acronym for Divine Rhythm United Motion) is a five-member group that "uniquely combines continental African and African Diasporic rhythms with a healthy dose of jazz, funk, R&B and Latin influences to create a rich, earthy sound. They top this off with a full melodious sound, abundant pop hooks, smooth vocals and a colorful stage appearance."
