Imagine completely starting your life over in a new country where you don't know many people, have no job prospects and don't know the language at all. This is exactly what Vladimir Smirnov and his wife had to cope with when they left Moscow for America, the "land of opportunity." Today he runs Chef Smirnov Catering. In this video, he talks how to prepare a kitchen to make kosher food.
