Grateful Dane Distilling Company turned 3 and threw a huge party to celebrate. Guests visited the distillery for tours, tastings, vendors, and food from Eddie O’s BBQ. Also available were bottles of rum released from their very first barrel, which had been aging for the past three years. This first barrel is the first rum to be distilled in Houston since Prohibition. The tasting room is open every Saturday from noon to 5 p.m. with a signature lineup of “Grateful Cocktails” available.
