The Lee & Joe Jamail Skatepark was abuzz with skaters taking in the last few days of the park before major renovations shut it down for several months. Skater and skate activist, Barry Blumenthal, organized the event and brought in three local bands to entertain the skaters and the crowd. There were lots of giveaways including t-shirts, shoes, skateboards, wheels, skate trucks, stickers and more.
