Residents near Mandell Park in Montrose aren’t exactly impressed with the speed of contractors doing some work on side streets off Mandell.
“Residents have only had pedestrian access to their homes for months so if it’s raining or 100 degrees, they have to hoof it to their cars parked on Mandell,” local Realtor Mike Copenhaver tells Hair Balls.
Apparently someone took matters into their own hands to urge a little urgency on the workers. Copenhaver snapped this picture yesterday.
