Saint Arnold Brewery, 2000 Lyons
Craft beer fans leap at the chance to hunt for Saint Arnoldโs latest editions of its Divine Reserve Series, so itโs only fitting that the brewery has set the release date for its Divine Reserve No. 16 on leap day. Consistent with the style, this Adambier is a full-bodied beer. The use of Rauchmalt contributes a smoked wood aroma. It’s best enjoyed at 50 degrees to 55 degrees; a subtle Noble hop aroma and a slight caramel character become more prominent as the beer warms up, and the smoked malt adds a layer of complexity. Saint Arnold Divine Reserve No. 16’s moderately high bitterness is balanced nicely by its residual malty sweetness. It’s a beer that will age nicely for those who enjoy cellaring Divine Reserves. More information on the Saint Arnold Divine Reserve series is available at saintarnold.com.
The Tasting Room Uptown Park, 1101 Uptown Park
Take advantage of leap day retail wine savings at The Tasting Room Uptown Park. Theyโll be offering specials on Stagโs Leap wines to go all day long. See the specials here. ย
