Notice: The proper number of property owners in Central City Subdivision, a subdivision located in Harris County, Texas, according to the maps or plats thereof recorded in Volume 16, Page 31, and any other replats of Central City Subdivision in the Map Records of Harris County, Texas (the “Subdivision”), have signed and acknowledged the Petition to Create Restrictive Covenants filed with the Harris County Clerk under File No. RP-2022-567045 on November 29, 2022. The purpose and effect of filing said Petition is to create restrictive covenants applicable to certain real property within the Subdivision.
