The sound of bagpipes will lead you to the 2009 St. Andrewยs Episcopal Celtic Festival and the ยkirking of the Tartansย (that means presenting the cloths, each woven with distinct patterns for its clan, to the church). Dancers, musicians, singers and an award-winning pipe band entertain you all afternoon, while artisans and vendors tempt you. Just for today, the Heights becomes a little piece of Scotland.
