Will the 2010 World’s Championship Bar-B-Que Contest break last year’s record by feeding more than 210,000 hungry rodeo fans? Well, the competitors have three days of chopping and cooking, so there’s a chance they could do it. Prizes are handed out in three categories (brisket, spare ribs and chicken), plus an overall winner. The judges aren’t the only ones who get to taste-test the entries; fans can get a bite as well. 5 to 11 p.m. Thursday, noon to 11 p.m. Friday, and 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday.
