See if you can spot the winner of the prestigious Long prize, which includes a $10,000 cash award, at this year’s eagerly anticipated “2010-2011 Core Exhibition.” While the show is made up of works by the 12 Core Program Fellows, only second-year fellows are eligible for the Long prize, which means it’s down to artists Nick Barbee, Steffani Jemison, Julie Ann Nagle and Kelly Sears. While these fellows aren’t household names — at least not yet — past Long prize winners have gone on to highly successful careers. There’s an opening reception, with each of the Core fellows in attendance, at 6 p.m. on February 25. Regular viewing hours are 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays, and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Fridays through Sundays. Through April 22. 5101 Montrose.
