The Houston Center for Photography hosted an end-of-summer party last Friday, marking the beginning and end of their “Spin 6” exhibit. Partygoers brought their own summer photos and added their prints to the ones already on display, and Real Ale Brewing Company provided enough beer at the open bar to keep everyone interested for over three hours of intense wall-gazing. Mixxwell Audio Lab made sure it was a rocking party, DJing loud enough to make you think Justin Bieber was actually performing live. People flowed in and out all night, and there were all manner of interesting new photos–it represented Houston and all of its loud, diversity-laden denizens.

More photos just ahead.
