The Midtown club Hue is making sure you have something to do on Tuesdays with Smash the Disko. The weekly dance party, filled with electro, glam rock, danceable indie licks and sadistic punk jams, is put on by über-hot DJ Stiletto and the wax triple threat the Spinnin’ Kitties. (This isn’t the first time the ladies have worked together. Two years ago, Stiletto and Spinnin’ Kitties held down a weekly residency at the now-defunct downtown club Thermal.) Most of the Tuesday set shows off the four ladies’ diverse tastes, but the audience is encouraged to make requests and dedications right at the DJ booth. “It’s a free-for-all,” says Stiletto. “We’re not trying to throw our tastes down people’s throats.” (Though that would be fine with us.) 10 p.m. Tuesdays. 202 Tuam.
