Lisa Schofield directs the Theatre Southwest production of Anna Christie. Eugene O’Neill’s Pulitzer Prize-winning drama chronicles a sailor’s reunion with Anna, the adult daughter he has not seen in 20 years. Her father objects when she becomes involved with another sailor, but both her father and lover are in for a shock when Anna reveals her difficult and sometimes sordid past.
