French playwright Pierre de Marivaux hasnยt enjoyed the same long-term success his contemporaries Moliรจre and Racine have, but that doesnยt stop Houstonยs Classical Theatre Company from presenting his work. Today theyยll partner with Brazos Bookstore for a staged reading of one of Marivauxยs more popular works ย The Triumph of Love.
