Yesterday, we published D.L. Groover’s shining review of Main Street Theatre’s I Am Barbie. Reader Dolores_may provided her own review by offering up this comment:
After travelling from Mississippi, I saw the play Friday night. I laughed, I cried, and then I laughed again. The play is fabulous and I hope someday I’ll travel next to New York to see it again. The actors brought Beacham’s wonderfully written play to life. I Am Barbie is one of the most enjoyable plays I have ever seen. Beacham’s incredible sense of humor combined with his insight into human nature and sensitivity to women made for a wonderful experience. Great Job to everyone involved.
We’re glad D.L.’s not the only one who thought so.
