Eighties babies, its time to remember Dallas and this time you wont have to cover your eyes during the dirty parts. The Contemporary Arts Museum Houston will be hosting an outside screening of the popular dramatic series that ran from the late 70s to the early 90s as part of its latest exhibit, Nexus Texas. Many younguns might remember watching the series based on the lives of well-to-do Dallas oil families, which was packed with plenty of double-crossing, name-calling, catfighting and, you know it, sex. Remember all the excitement surrounding the Who Shot JR? episode? And who can forget all the fancy parties, posh lifestyles and rich-kid attitudes? Wed like to say the show was an exaggeration of what Dallas is actually like, but we dont feel like running a correction next week.
