But this won’t be the case today at the Rock Stars Are Not DJs party at Scout Bar. DJs Henry Chow and Boys and Girls Club founder Damon Allen will throw down sets filled with the electro, house, acid, disco and dance-punk tracks that have made Houston-based dance parties famous.
