And enjoying pizza and beer (or, as organizers call them, ”Italian pie and fermented wheat sodas”). It’s all part of Houston Improv Festival Presents: The End of the World, where improv actors take a look at the coming last days. ”Originally, we scheduled the show on a Saturday night, but there was a conflict,” explains HIF Executive Director Todd Boring (whose name is hopefully not a harbinger for his show) in a press release. ”We could have pre-sold all of those tickets and then had no way to offer refunds in the post-apocalypse.”
