For the first time ever since its opening 26 years ago, Cafรฉ Chino will be serving a Motherยs Day Dim-Sum Brunch. May Chan, who, along with her husband Eddie Chan, owns Cafรฉ Chino, explains, ยInstead of serving our regular menu, I wanted to do something different. Growing up, my mother always served dim-sum when the family got together, and since this day is about mothers, I decided to do a Dim-Sum Brunch. You know what Dim-Sum literally means in Cantonese? Heart. And isnยt that what mothers are all about?ย The brunch menu will include coconut fried shrimp, organic salad and smoked salmon spring rolls.
