Houston audiences who’ve been waiting for some of the biggest shows on Broadway over the last two years will have a lot to choose from in the 2025-26 Broadway at the Hobby season. Among them: five-time Tony Award®-winning Best Musical Kimberly Akimbo and four time Tony Awards® winner including Best Musical The Outsiders.
Others include Water For Elephants, The Great Gatsby and Some Like it Hot. Neil Diamond fans will welcome A Beautiful Noise, the story of his rise to fame.
In addition, returning favorites include Beauty and the Beast, Hadestown, Six and the ever-popular puzzler Clue. Details and dates are below.

A new musical about growing up and growing old (in no particular order), KIMBERLY AKIMBO is the winner of 5 Tony Awards including BEST MUSICAL. It features Tony Award-winning book and lyrics by David Lindsay-Abaire (Shrek), a Tony Award-winning score by Jeanine Tesori (Fun Home), choreography by Danny Mefford (Dear Evan Hansen) and direction by Tony-nominated director Jessica Stone (Water for Elephants).
Kimberly is about to turn 16 and recently moved with her family to a new town in suburban New Jersey.
