Foodies and wine lovers are in for a fabulous treat this week. Tonight marks the beginning of seven ย thatยs right, seven ย days of some of the best food and drink Houston has to offer. The Houston Cellar Classic will offer more than 25 events celebrating everything from fine crystal wine glasses to that most revered wino ย the sommelier. At The Tasting Room, Maximilian Riedel of Riedel Crystal will host a wine tasting and discuss the way the shape of a glass can affect the taste and aroma of wine.
