Texas can’t cram all its red-white-and-true blue devotion to America into one 24-hour period known as the 4th of July. Nope, in Texas the patriotism spills over, as with this post-Independence Day performance of The Texas Tenors’ Let Freedom Sing. The program features the handsome America’s Got Talent grads performing a mix of country, classical, gospel and Broadway tunes with a strong dose of ”God Bless The USA”-type songs. Since being discovered on AGT in 2009, the trio, known as much for its showmanship as its harmonizing abilities, has performed more than 500 concerts, including spots with Houston Symphony and the like.
