In honor of Ginuwine being in town tonight with Lloyd at the Arena Theatre, Rocks Off compiled the best videos of people dancing, alone, to the R&B singer’s 1996 hit “Pony.” The filthy slow jam, with that naughty mid-90’s beat and those lyrics… God. By “pony,” he means his erect penis, FYI.
Anyhow, for some reason, well for all the right reasons, a YouTube phenomenon of people taping themselves dancing alone in their bedrooms or kitchens to the five-minute “Pony” has broken out the past few years. It’s brutalizing, fun stuff.
