Maybe I should’ve been able to tell from their name and the Orc-looking monster dude surrounded by skulls on the cover, but I’m sorry, the members of Watch Them Die are just plain mean. And what’s worse, you get the feeling they don’t even care. I mean, when they say stuff like “you know your life is lost and still you fucking try” and “the cries of children fill the air as compassion turns to sin” and “your search for stolen hope leaves blood on your hand” and “the pulsating beat of your last breath will bring you to your knees” and, um, “fight for power, fueled by anger, on your grave he spits,” don’t they know they’re bound to hurt somebody’s feelings? Plus, they play most of the songs so fast you can’t even figure out what’s going on, and the singer really is just screaming like he’s trying to intimidate you or something. Seriously, I wouldn’t accept this kind of behavior from my friends or family, and I’m certainly not going to seek it out from some musicians I’ve never even heard of. One of the men is even holding up that finger inside the little booklet. How inconsiderate!
