Houston-based non-profit media arts center, Aurora Picture Show has a new home in the East End. The organization is dedicated to expanding the cinematic experience and promoting the understanding and appreciation of moving image art. Their new home for film and media arts was opened to all Thursday and featured video projections, music by DJs Gracie Chavez and Flash Gordon Parks, light bites by Phoenicia Specialty Foods, and beverages provided by Double Trouble and Saint Arnold Brewery.
