On the premises of a former grocery store built by the Axelrad family in the early 1920s, crowds gathered Friday to celebrate 10 years of being an open and welcoming place for all. The anniversary celebration boasted vendors, a record swap, food, and a live concert with music from Los Yesterdays, Gabriella Martinez, Chicano Boulevard, and more.
