A man was shot multiple times in broad daylight Sunday morning on the north side and died, Houston police say.
Witnesses heard gunshots and saw Clarence Bullard, 40, running in the Copper Tree Apartments in the 1400 block of West Gulf Bank about 11:45 a.m. Sunday. He ten fell over and was pronounced dead at the scene.
There are no known suspects at this time.
