HOUSTON, TX – MARCH 4: The Houston Dynamo opened the 2017 MLS season by hosting the reigning MLS Cup Champs the Seattle Sounders at BBVA Compass Stadium on March 4, 2017 in Houston, Texas. Under new Houston coach Wilmer Cabrera, Dynamo strikers Cubo Torres and Romell Quioto scored a goal apiece in the first half before allowing USMNT star Clint Dempsey one goal in the second half for the Sounders. The Dynamo went on to win 2-1.
