The Lunar New Year is here and 2020 is the year of the rat. To celebrate the Lunar New Year, charity group, Friends of the Phoenix hosted their annual Fried Rice Cook Off at The Phoenix on Westheimer. With ten teams there were plenty versions of fried rice to enjoy. Traditional, Cajun, ratatouille, boudain, paella styles of fried rice were just a few of the versions available.
