Last week, the Houston Bike Plan was tagged and its passing delayed. Cyclists from all around Houston gathered at City Hall for a demonstration supporting the Bike Plan. Council Members were invited to address the crowd, and a symbolic bike lane was built from City Hall to the reflection pool. The Bike Lane was signed by many who left messages of encouragement, hope and support for the plan. All photos by Doogie Roux.
